Can we define which priorities are available in a given project (Priority Scheme)

Can we define which priorities are available in a given project (Priority Scheme) like we could in on Jira Server?

If so how and where is that?

I cannot seem find any priority scheme tab in the admin panels.

No, I don't believe its possible. Form what I see Priority is a system-wide 'field' configure under Settings. Once you change them it is reflected throughout the JIRA projects.

Just to support Jerry here - only Server and DC have Priority schemes.  Cloud does not, and last time I looked, the request for it had been shut down with "won't do"
