So far we've been using the Service desk only for IT-related requests.
The HR department reached out to us to create a Service desk for them.
The goal is to have 2 links independent one from the other.
Right now we have our IT SD with 4 projects on it. If I add the HR project to it, it will have its own URL but it will still show up in the main SD link.
Our employees should be able to access both of them independently
I want to avoid tickets being opened in the wrong section

I agreed with @Bastian Stehmann . The base URL can only have one, but each project will have it's own portal links.
https://xxxx.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/3 - for project A
https://xxxx.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/4 - for project B
where https://xxxx.com/servicedesk/customer is essentially the base URL
Hope this helps.

Hi @[deleted] ,
If you need a complete different URL, you'll need a second cloud site.
But I think, if you use a proper naming for the portal and the request types, it should be possible that t people create it in the right portal.
