Hi,
We support corporate customers, and our end users will often copy a key stakeholder when reach out to us. It appears that if one of our users sends an email to our support email address, the individual who was copied is dropped from the message.
I am aware of how to add a "request participant," but this is a different use case. In this case, we won't know that the stakeholder was included in the initial message to us. How do we capture that information (the email addresses of those who were copied in the original message from the user) in the case so those folks can be included in the responses?
Thanks
A
