Incident workflow - penultimate status = Completed

Change workflow penultimate status = Resolved

Isn't this the wrong way round? You resolve an incident and complete a change.

The documentation seems to align with the out of the box workflows.

Hi @John Ashton,

The Community forums are a great place to discuss the merits of the workflow states you pointed out but ultimately the request to change the product defaults will need to be submitted as an Enhancement Request type Atlassian Support ticket that those who agree can vote on.  That's the best input path to Atlassian product managers.

It's easy enough to copy the workflows and customize them to suite your specific needs and there's plenty of help here if you need it.  Please do make a copy and change it rather than changing the default, there be mosters there.

Hope this helps,
~~Larry Brock
