I've figured out how to reopen issues that get comments after being resolved, but we've discovered that a lot of issues are getting reopened for comments like "Thank you!". So we decided to make reopening issues manual.
My problem is that we also have an automation that closes issues that have been resolved for 2 days. This doesn't give the assignee much time to manually reopen the issue if there is a valid comment on it. What I'd like to do is give the assignee 2 more days to reopen an issue if there is a comment on the issue. Or change my auto-close rule so that it only closes tickets that have been resolved for 2 days without comments.
Am I aiming for the stars? Or is something like this possible?
