We have all of our support requests going to our Corporate G Suite, Google Groups address. Can I use that email address to connect to Jara Service Desk?

Currently, GSuite does not have integration with Service Desk to allow customers to log in using GSuite, it only works for internal users. We have a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

You can get GSuite login for customers on the server and data center versions of JSD through third party add-ons.
