Create Classic Jira Service Desk Project

Hi there,

I'm not able to create a classic JIRA Service Desk Project. All the projects I create are "Nex-Gen". How is it possible to create a classic JIRA Service Desk Project so that we can use the custom workflow and other benefits which next-gen doesn't have?

Hi @Devaprakash G 

And I can't create Next Gen Service Desk projects, but can create classic Jira Service Desk. Let us swap jobs. 

If you are not seeing this option, it is probably because you are on the new system. Atlassian are rolling this out slowly. 

I think it would be best to contact Atlassian Support, maybe they can do something for you.
