I have a lot customers(Companies) registered on my Jira Service Desk portal.
I'd like to know, if is it possible to create a kind of report based on how many tickets customers opened?
For exemple:
Customer A: Opened 7 tickets;
Customer B: Opened 12 tickets;
Customer C: Opened 1 ticket;
And show it on a spreadsheet or graphic.

Charts and Reports plugin can be used to show reports per organisation and is worth a play around with to see if it meets your needs.
you can use the Issue Statistic gadget that would be nice for this. However, while you can choose "Creator" you cannot choose "Organization" which is unfortunate.
