I am trying to create a custom report, however I cannot change any series different from pre-defined series.
I need to use a series based on a custom field. How can I do that, since the custom field is not available as series?
Hi Fabio,
The Jira Service Desk reporting is based on "Series" from your SLA timers. If you configure SLA timers based on a Custom Field you will see those JQL filters available in those custom reports.
The other option is to create filters based on that Custom Field in your Jira instance, and use the dashboarding feature to report on those filters.
The Custom Fields are all leveraged though the JQL filtering system.
