Custom label field doesnt work in portal for JSD

When we try to add a label to a new request via the portal, the label field just shows "searching" and never finds anything, and we can't add any vlaues. 

But if we view/edit the request the same field works fine.

this is on JSD3.3.0 on server.

Has anyone seen this issue before?

This was a known bug in that specific version of JIRA Service Desk.  Please see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-4720 for details.  This was fixed in the 3.3.2 release.
