Dear all
We are implementing our new help desk system using the Jira Service Desk Server version.
The thing is that, when we create projects, they are displayed within the user portal as a single text links and we would like to see them as "beautiful html boxes" as in the Jira Desk Cloud version.
We have been looking through the config options in order to see if there is some option in order to enable the "beautiful html boxes" instead of simple text links.
I attach images comparing both the server and cloud versions to let you know what I´m refering to.
Thanks in advance
Hey @Juan Araújo
Unfortunately, as of now, there is not an official way to get the JSD portal cloud look for Server.
Linked below are some great theming add ons from the marketplace that can help you achieve something similar.
There is this add-on (Ultimate theming for Jira Service Desk) that allows you to add some customization on Jira Service Desk customer portal.
I do remember that you can add some boxes, some css and javascript.
Hope this can be useful.

Yep, we are considering the idea about the use of some add-on to solve the problem, but first we would like to know if somebody knows if it is possible to implement the customer portal as in the cloud version (at least a way to beautify the "ugly links"). BTW... thanks for your reply!!

Hey @Juan Araújo ,
Unfortunately as of now, you are not able to get the Cloud look into Server. Listed below are some great theming apps that may be able to help you achieve a similar look.
Hope this helps!
