I'm looking for a way or function that once a ticket is assigned to a agent, that another agent can't go in and re-assign to themselves.
Or is there a way to implement the ability of once a ticket is assigned, the agent who has the ticket has to assign out to another person, and can't be assigned by anyone else.
You could setup your permission scheme so that the only users with the Assign Issues permission are "Current Assignee" and then you'd likely want a manager user as well in the event that the Current Assignee in unavailable to change the assignee.
