Do we had a method to make the field option to be dynamic base on ticket status.
For example
Status = open , the field value is 'None'
Status= In Progress, the field value has ."Option 1","Option 2","Option 3",Option 4"
Status= Resolved, the field value list is ""Option 1","Option 3"
Status= Closed, the field value list is ""Option 4"
