I have a stupid question:
How can I edit the list of incident types on the Home Center home screen (the documentation says that this list is generated automatically:
-Get IT help
- Set up VPN to the office
- Request a new account
- Desktop/Laptop support
- Request a desk phone
- Report a system problem
(Jira Service Desk Server)
These are called Request Types (or Customer Request Types, depending on server/cloud). You can set them up by following these instructions:
