I have configured my company support email to forward some emails to a different Jira project. however, the email is not delivered is getting rejected.
Kindly advise.
The log shows that auto foreword mail is blocked.
Is there a way to disable them?

Have you checked the log to see why the email has been rejected? If so, what does this say?
