Is it possible to email Project admins when a new ticket is generated?
Our users submit IT support requests by emailing a specific email address. I've confirmed that when it reaches our JSD project for IT support requests, But how can I send an email notification to the support staff that a new ticket has been generated - including the ticket information?
Is this an automation rule that needs to be setup? How can I do this?

You (if you're a project admin) can edit the notification rule to send emails to a specific group (or role) when an issue is created. To do this:
1) Go to Project settings
2) Look for notifications
3) Edit notifications
4) Click 'Add' for 'Issue created' event:
5) And add the group, or role, or individual project administrators to the notifications list:
