Can someone assist me as I have noticed that
I have sent test emails and mine are creating requests/issues in the service desk but for some all other customers it is not working.
I have double checked the customers that are whitelisted but the emails they sending are not creating any requests/ issues.
What could be the problem.
Go into Applications > Email requests page
and then browse to the bottom of the page and find the problematic service desk mail handler row. Click View logs. You'll see all the mail logs.
