Error of avatar in user profile

Some people have a problem on my service desk. The avatar doesn't show on portal or jira.

Which version of Jira Service Desk are you using? It looks like this was a bug that has since been resolved.

Server:

If you're not on an affected version, are you able to replicate this in different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, IE)?

• Based on some other community posts, this could also be attributed to browser extensions blocking avatars (https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Core-questions/Can-t-see-avatars/qaq-p/289284)

You said some people aren't able to see them, have you identified if it's just customers seeing this (or some other specific group of people)?
