Error reading mail

Good Morning;

I am setting up a project in Jira so that from the reading of an email it generates an incidence. When I configure the emails when executing the test, it indicates the following: Can not handle message as the recipient (s) (mail adress) do not match the catch email (mail adress) and I do not believe the incident. What is due and how can it be solved? Thanks in advance

When you were configuring your mail handler, did you set a Catch Email Address? If the catch email address is filled out, only emails that are included in it will be processed. Leave it blank to allow all emails to be processed.
