I'm trying to find out if its possible to do the following:

I have 1 Project lets call it SD and multiple client that I provide support to, would it be possible to have all my clients in the same Project but having restrictions on them so that they can only see data/clients with the same '@domain' as them.

Hi @Abbas Sultan

It is not clear if you have already setup your project Service Desk, but once you have setup your customers into their own organisations, that is exactly how it works. Lets say in your 1 project, you create a few organisations namely A, B, C with some customer email addresses.

From a customer POV

A user in A logs a request and shares it with their organisation. Only users of A can see the request.

A user in B logs a request and doesn't share it with their organisation. No one in B sees the request except for the user.

A user in C logs a request and shares it with their organisation. Only users of C can see the request.

From a Jira Service Desk / agent POV

Request arrives in the All Open Queue. Your agents see all requests of A, B, and C.

One could also create queues, one queue for each of the organisations then your agents could keep tabs easily on their assigned organisation.
