Global Automation - Mailing On a Specific Date

I would like to create an automation whereby when a custom field (date type) is set to a certain time period, emails are sent.

Do you mean that you'd like to send an email when a date custom field is reached? For example, if Due date is today, then send an email?

If that’s the case, you can do it with a rule like this:

• Scheduled trigger: everyday

• Work item field condition: if Due date equals Time of execution (ie, today)

• Then send an email
