Hi
I need to add clients from several organizations that have Microsoft Active Directory each.
Is it possible to add them from AD and not have to do it one by one with your email address or by inviting them? there are more than 200 clients
Users add them without problems by Active Directory, but I don't see how to add customers of the same way
Thanks and regards
JJ
Hi @GBaquero
There doesn't seem to be a customer import/export/sync with AD on JSD.
Regardless what happens I expect the customers will have to set up a password of sorts.
Looking at APIs you could write a short script for an export of those e-mails.
Another option is to go to a service desk and paste a list of those e-mails.
You could add more customers if you had something like bob@mymail.net, jane@yourmail.com, tony@hermail.info, john@nomail.home .
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Radu
Before all else, thank you very much for your reply!
I would need that any user of a domain that I authorize in JSD, "@myDomain" be automatically client in JSD and use their domain credentials to log in, (as it already happens with users), that way I would not have to do in a "manual" way the addition and removal of clients depending on the incorporations / dismissals of workers of my clients.
I will study the API to see what I can automate
Thank again and cheers
JJ
