I want to track how long different requests take. What I'm after is a quick script that will add up the total "In Progress" time for a request (lets say a request has been "In Progress" three times, for 6 minutes each, the result would be 18 minutes). Can anyone point me in the right direction - by which I mean of course, "Can one of you wonderful people do it for me" :P
Edit: I want to do this in the box, or at least using Scriptrunner. At this stage I'm not really interested in adverts for wonderful additional paid add-ons! Thanks.
Something like this:
I know you don't want to go with an add-on, but this add-on is worth every cent (and it is really not a lot per month). The add-on is called Timesheet Reports and Gadgets for JIRA Cloud, - It has a ton of options and best of all, one can customise them and make them your own.
One can also export to CSV, as well as export the view of the timesheet plugin (see below - the spreadsheet view matches the image at the top) to CSV, which is very useful because all calculations are done for you. One can also export as standard CSV, without any calculations and also export as HTML.
The developer (Andriy Zhdanov) behind the add-on is very responsive, and I've put in quite a few requests over the past year and he and his team have delivered and quickly as well.

Dear @Graham.Wilson ,
I do not really like to recommend addons on the marketplace, but just search for time in status.
So long
