You can simply create a page or add to an existing page on your website links to your various requests types in JSD. Very simple to do and works great. That way you can put your own wording etc on requests as JSD has some default wording you cannot change at the moment.
Depends on what you mean by "integrate".
The most simple idea that springs to my mind is a proxy for part of your site - for example, you might be serving up your site on https://mysite.org, and beneath that, you then have places like https://mysite.org/docs, https://mysite.org/about, https://mysite.org/things and then https://mysite.org/jiraservicedesk
Is that the sort of thing you mean?
