How can I make an annoucement inside a request type in the customer portal?

I need to post a warning message inside a request type in the customer portal. Not in the customer portal or Help center, I need to put this message as part of the form inside the request type.

Is this possible to do?

Hi @Sofia Grunspan 

See the steps below:

  1. Enter on your JSD instance.
  2. Choose your Request Type.
  3. Click in Edit Fields
  4. Insert your message in text box called Help and instructions(Optional). See the image below:

I believe that this option sequence will help you.
