How do I add the issue resolution comments to a customer notification?

I would like to add the resolution comments (how the issue was resolved) to the Request Resolved notification that is sent to the customer.

Hi Saul,

You can try to create your own event using Issue Commented template and attach it to your transition when resolving the issue. In your notification scheme ensure you add notification for this event.
