I'd like to send a group email.
Settings > Mail > Send email
But the sender name is "my account name" <jira@~~~~>.
* I already changed "Email from" setting to "Support Desk".
General configuration > Email from
How do I change the sender name in this case?

Love the question!
The Email uses HTML/CSS templates to create some parts of the email (like a template).
You can go to your Service Desk Project and remove the tag related to Username
Go to Project Settings > Customer Notifications > Edit Templates and Remove the username tag.
I advise to save the HTML Template before you make any changes.
