Hello all,
I am am trying to figure out how to create a case in Jira Software Cloud from Jira Service Desk Cloud using the escalation workflow process.
Copying and pasting seems like a ridiculous requirement seeing as though this functionality exists if I were to use Zendesk to integrate to Jira SW instead of Service Desk and the two products are so tightly integrated.
Any help or guidance you can give me would be great.
