How do I enable Service Desk user to be able to create project and access templates without giving them Admin access?
While creating project user receives error .
Your admin gave you permission to create projects, but you don't have permission to view project templates. Contact your admin to have them fix your permissions or create a project for you.
Did you ever solve this? I am running into this problem right now too.

Just to make sure that we are on the same page, I would like to confirm if the user or the group they are part of has "Browse projects" and "Create next-gen projects" permission. You can find this permission on Jira settings > System > Global permissions.
Is this error appearing after they click on "Create" or when they click to change the template?
What permissions do they have on the site? Are they only part of Service Desk group?
