How do I import Service Desk projects

I have a number of Service Desk projects in one JIRA instance and I wish to migrate them to another existing JIRA instance. As the configs are kept in Active Object tables, the standard JIRA Project Import does not achieve this for me. Is there a plan to rectify this in the near future or will this fall into the same long term outstanding category as the JIRA Agile migration described in JRA-28748.

Hi Peter,

That is the same category, yes, and I can confirm that this feature is being worked on already. Honestly we don't have a date to give you, but if you watch that ticket, we should receive updates regarding it's development in the future.
