I am using the Web Link to link my ticket/issue to an external website. I would like to see this Link in the Queue listing - but i can't find this field when i try to customize the queue column.
Also i want to move this field to the top of the page in the Ticket details - but i can't seem to find this field when i want to customize the page layout.
How can i find this Web Link field to customize my queue view and page layout?

The Web Links feature allows linking external URLs to an issue, but this is not a custom field in Jira, that's why it's not possible to search for Web Links using JQL or adding it to a queue.
There are feature requests suggesting the implementation of the ability to search for Web Links and this would also allow adding on the queue:

As Atlassian is gathering interest since 2012, I don't think we can expect a solution.
Is there a way to fill a custom field (format checkbox) and set that checkbox by an automation rule that looks for weblinks?
