How do you preassign request type to a particular agent or team?

In project, I have set up a list of request types eg Facilities Request etc.

I would like all requests that are " Facilities Request" to go to Agent A. How do I set up this rule?

When you configure your request types, you can add the assignee field. The field will be hidden and you can define a default value.
