How can set automation for one custom field (Execution Date & Time).
If the ticket is in any unresolved status and custom field "date and time" match then it automatically goes to waiting for support.
I was trying to make automation, but it is not working.

Just check if the custom field JQL query is working for you as intended before trying out the JQL query in Automation for Jira.
