We use self-hosted JSD for all customer interaction, and often invite new customers (NOT agents) to use the service desk.
I want to customize the text that the customer receives.
We also want to change "created a Jira account..." since we do not generally refer to the system as Jira.
Here's what they get now.
Any ideas on this?
Have you tried editing velocity templates?
