How to restore a costumer on a project?

Hi, I´m Tomás Laso, I´m new on this community...

I have a problem with the permisions of a costumer, his account doesn´t work, I tried to delete the user and create a new one without suseccfull.

Any suggestion?

What are the Customer Permission settings for the project?  There are 3 options: 

• Customers who are added to the project
• Customers who have an account on this Jira site
• Anyone can email the service desk or raise a request on the portal 

Once you've got this figured out, you can troubleshoot his access a little better.  He should be added as a customer in the Customers tab. 

Another thing to check is the Permissions Helper.  More info on that here:

It´s a customers who are added to the Project, I´ll check the premissions helper.
