Hi everyone!
My recent payment failed because there weren’t enough funds on the card at the time. Now the card’s all good — no need to change it — I just want Atlassian to try the charge again.
But I can't find any button or setting to retry the same card in the billing section.
Do I need to contact support for this, or will it attempt again automatically?
Hi @Joshua Green welcome to the community. I would contact Atlassian Support with a billing issue and double check with them just to make sure your service isn't interrupted. I was doing a little investigation and wasn't able to find anything to see if they will try again, and if they did, what the time period would be for that.
