I can't configurate my project email settings

Hi,

maybe someone can help me.

I want to start receiving my tickets by email. however, when I am setting up my project email, it only shows me demo@xxxx.atlassian.net in my registers.

And, Google -Microsoft and the other buttons below don't work and don't let you set up a new recordCaptura.PNG

 

someone has an idea where I can setting it.

Hi Ivan,

I have simulated here. You need to be system administrator to be able to configure emails. 

If you are only project admin, so that is why you are unable to click on the buttos.

Button doesn't work, or you getting errors?

Can you share the error when trying?

Hi, yes it doesn't work.

wheh I go there and click on, nothing happen.

 all are disabled- I think it's something in my project setting. What do you recommend me?
