Hi krishna,

Welcome to community. I need some information. Can you explain me, please?

You've installed a Jira Service Desk. You put the trial licence and product is ok. What about port: Setup install and ask about port you wanna use. If you don't say nothing (enter - enter setup), you will use 8080 port.

You wanna use 8088 port (I saw the link in user number)? have you checked if port is not busy/used by another application?

Check it (I don't know if you use a windows/linux/macos) but there are a lot of ways to check if port is free or busy.

Hope this help
