I need help to get started. I have the documentation but my screens do not match. There must be a problem with my access or maybe I missed a step to set this up properly? Help please.

Hi Diane,
There are 2 approaches to install JIRA Service Desk:
JIRA Administration >> Applications You should see JIRA Service Desk on the right bottom corner of the page that prompts you to try it for free. Install the free trial and apply the valid license accordingly.
JIRA Service Desk marketplace Download the compatible release (.OBR) and upload that in JIRA Administration >> Applications
