I want to change my primary email account in Jira service from personal to official email

To clarify, you want to change the primary site admin account on the Jira Service Desk cloud instance from your personal email address to another, more professional email address. Is that correct?

Creating a new Administrator in your Cloud instance
Updating your billing / technical contact information via My Atlassian
