Inbound Emails are missing

Hi Team,

I have linked Jira Service Desk with our IT support shared mailbox. But I am only receiving some of the emails in Jira

I tried testing the email channel according to https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/troubleshoot-incoming-mail-in-jira-service-desk-790960076.html  but I don't see E- mail Settings > Test option under JIRA Service Desk.

Am I missing some steps?

Hi Amna,

 

It looks like the documentation you linked is only for their Server and Data Center deployment options, since you are on Cloud you want THIS doc. 

Unfortunately, it still looks like the "Test" button is missing from their Cloud offering, it likely was deprecated.

I recommend simply emailing the address linked to your Service Desk project to test the handler.

Ensure you are checking both the Jira Admin Global settings (referenced in that doc) AND the Service Desk Project settings to ensure your handler is connected properly.
