Dear all,
We are customizing some of the emails sent by JSD to include additional information (for example, some custom fields).
However, by doing so, we are losing the functionality "Customer Satisfaction Feedback" (the short poll with the 5 stars) when a JSD ticket is marked as resolved.
Does anyone know we could include this option again in the Scripted Emails?

Short answer is it's not possible, unless you just copy the HTML in.
