Insight 8.3.3 - Cannot import csv - Unable to browse the

Hello,

I get this eror in the menu INSIGHT > Configure > Import/Export when I clik on FILENAME.

"The Jira server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation."

Pb is the same for export.

I got a Access is Denied in export log file.

I am connected as a jira-administrator.

But does the service account under which your JIRA is running have access to the folder?
