Hello,
For me is not clear how to interact with Assist. Is this integration part of Jira Service management or is part of Halp? If so, do I have pay extra in Halp? I can't understand how this integration works, and I really need it.
Thank you in advance
Juliana.
Hello @Juliana Paez ,
Wondering if you had any progress... Since Halp is not offered as a product anymore, you may want to use Actioner's ticketing solution instead. It comes with a no-code app builder platform to customize the out-of-the-box, Halp compliant app the way you want.

You can connect it to your ticketing tools like Jira Service Management or Zendesk, or use the standalone version. And run all your ticketing and service management actions from Slack. Let me know if you need any help.
Thanks,

If you are a JSM paid cloud subscriber then Jira Assist is part of your subscription and can be used to raise a JSM request in Slack or Teams. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1220442/atlassian-assist?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
Announcement - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Halp-articles/Meet-Atlassian-Assist-Halp-s-new-partner-in-crime/ba-p/1954001 Halp is needed if you would like to keep the conversation going and not just raise the request.

Is it necessary to pay the halp license fee to use Assis with Jira Management? Is not letting me create tickets through slack.

You need Halp but should not be charged for JSM Halp Queues - "Nope. You can continue using Halp as you usually do, but you’re more than welcome to test out Jira Service Management if you’re interested in exploring Atlassian’s enterprise-grade ITSM solution. We’ve upgraded the integration experience to make it easier than ever to connect the two tools, and any paid JSM-enabled Halp queues will not be charged on your Halp bill!"

Perfect, but my question also goes on how to create a ticket through Assist if is integrated with halp and is not letting me create it if I'm not paying halp. I already pay for JSM. How can I use Assist without Halp? How can I disconnect Halp and Assist so i can use JSM?
