I have been asked to make a jira service desk ticket type for users that install large quantities of network equipment. They are hoping to include a spreadsheet of the equipment in the ticket and all the associated information for each unit. Is this possible or will they have to attach a spreadsheet. Thanks!

Seems like you're asking for a table type custom field.
Unfortunately there is no such field for that type of behavior.
They could just paste an excel snippet in comments, but I'm not sure that's acceptable.

They asked for this to be a field in the ticket, not an attachment if possible.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You cannot add an attachment to a custom field. It must be added to the system Attachment field. Unsure why you would want it in a custom field.
