Dears, we are trying to change the status of ticket to "resolve" in mobile version but we can't. We see the following text "1- Please add comment" but the comment exists. Please help us to resolve this issue. If you need any info I will be glad to share with you. The problem exists in IOS and in Android versions.
the problem is when assignee, after solving a problem, tries to close the ticket, he opens a window for him to write a comment about the solution of the problem, but when assignee writes a comment, he see the following text "1- Please add comment" and the ticket isn't closed.
if the user is entering a comment in the comment field on the close screen and still getting that error then that is odd. What other fields are they presented w/ on that screen and are they filling them in as well? It could be that the admin that set up the workflow used the wrong text for another field. Unlikely but certainly possible and worth checking it out.

It's not asking if a comment already exists, your workflow is configured to ask for a comment as you resolve it.
