Issue which has been created by Jira Admin cannot be seen by customer on the SD portal

Admin June 10, 2020

Hello,

Faced with the next problem

Jira admin created a task in SD portal with the Issue Type which is not related to SD project.

After task has been working by SD team and changed status on Pending.

After, the admin changed the Issue Type to the relevant to SD project.

Also admin changed The reporter from Himself to SD Customer and shared with the organization.

However neither SD customers (reporter and from Organization) nor admin cannot view the task on SD portal.

We already tried to clone task or move it, changed Issye Type to another Types of task, it didn't help

Please, help us

While moving the issue you just changed the issue type but not the "Customer Request Type"

You can see the "Customer Request Type" will be empty for that request that's  why its not appearing the the portal. What you need to do is update the relevant "Customer Request Type" and you can see it on the portal.
