We have a service desk shared across multiple organizations. While there are some instances where we would like tickets to be able to be shared between them, that is not always the case - and so I was looking for some JQL to set as a filter which would bring back which tickets have been shared across more than one organization. Unfortunately, the only way I've figured out how to do this is extremely cumbersome write JQL specific to each organization.
Is there another way?
