JSD cf(Organization) after export showing like a number

after exporting my issues in to excel in my excel sheet only the Organizations filed is showing interms of text as number. how to do this one.

The Organization field will be a number when exported per current implementation. Please reference this similar post

I think Some one is Using the script Encryption of Data For that custom field

May i know that is the Custom field (102) Id

What is the Custom field Id of Organizations ?

My default custom field =organizations under this

we have we some companies name: 1. abc =cf_id 102

2.xyz =cf_id=103

3.qwe=cf_id=104

after exporting my issues into csv file those companies are coming by cf_id not in name.
