JSM Customers information sync to Assets

Hi all,

We have hundreds of customers in JSM and we want some information of these customers synced to an Assets database. We were informed by a support partner to use Integrate Microsoft Entra ID and Assets but our customers accounts are not in our Microsoft Entra. 

Are there solutions on the market or solutions from Atlassian to create a link between JSM and Assets for syncing.

We are using Atlassian Cloud

There is no default functionality that could potentially solve your question without development effort.

I would suggest checking the Atlassian Marketplace and seeing if any of the options available work.

What exactly is your "Assets DB" i.e. what technology and location?

Atlassian Assets is a product from Atlassian, part of JSM Enterprise Subscription.
